2. The giveaway (hereafter, the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoters, its subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, affiliates and its agent(s), advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible.
3. The Promoters reserves the right to change, adapt, terminate or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice and without reasons.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion, although entrants will need to have access to iPhone or Android capabilities.
5. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her/they agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6. The start date of the Promotion is 22 October 2021 at 09:00 BST
7. . After this date, no further entries to the Promotion will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, technical or otherwise.
9. The requirements for participation in this Promotion are as follows:

• Tag a friend in the comments below the social media post
• For the avoidance of doubt, the friend which the entrant must tag in the comments in order to enter shall in no way be categorised as a winner.

1. The Promoters will make public any changes to the Promotion on the entry notices, as soon as possible.
2. The Promoters are not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion
3.  There will be two (2) winners chosen with one (1) winner being chosen from the entries on Wild’s account and one (1) on the entries on Method’s account. The winners will each receive:

One (1) box containing the following method products:

• Three (3) method anti-bac all purpose cleaners (Rhubarb, Peach Blossom, Orange Yuzu
• Two (2) method squirt and mop floor cleaners (Wild Rhubarb, Lemon Ginger)
• Two (2) method washing up liquids (coconut water, peach and pink pepper)
• Two (2) method body wash (pure peace, energy boost)
• Two (2) method hand wash (foaming ginger twist, gel meadow flowers)
• Two (2) concentrated laundry detergents (wild lavender, peony blush)

 

One (1) box containing the following Wild products:

• One (1) Pride refillable deodorant case
• Six (6) natural deodorant refills in scents chosen by the winners.

For the avoidance of doubt, there will be two (2) Prizes awarded to two (2) winners in total;

The total retail value of each Prize will be: £90.48  GBP. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoters reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

1. Winners will be chosen at random via software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoters’ agent. All decisions of the Promoters and/ or its agent are final and binding and are not subject to mediation or litigation of any kind.  The Promoters and its agent reserve the right to verify that the potential winners are eligible and qualified to receive a Prize and may revoke any Prize awarded or designated to a person found ineligible.
2. The winners will be notified by Instagram Messenger (Direct messenger) within three (3) business days of the closing date by the Promoters’ agent. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within three (3) days of notification, the Promoters reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner (via the Promoters’ agent). Potential winners may be required to demonstrate control of their Instagram account. The Promoters is not responsible for any change of Instagram handle, mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or if a Prize notification or Prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be contacted.
3. The Prize shall be delivered to the winners by the Promoters within twenty-eight (28) days of the winners’ receipt of notification of their win, provided that the winners have responded to the Promoters’ agent’s notification communication via Instagram Messenger and claimed the Prize within three (3) days of such notification. Otherwise, any replacement winners selected, pursuant to section 17 of these Terms and Conditions, shall receive their Prize within twenty-eight (28) days of the replacement winners’ receipt of a notification of their win.
4. The Promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. By participating, entrants release the Promoters and its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating partners, advertising or promotions agencies, employees, officers, agent(s), directors and the immediate family and household members of the above, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agent(s), from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, with the exception of death and personal injury. Each entrant waives all rights to claim special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from entry to the Promotion.
6. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English and Welsh law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Promoters’ privacy policy at https://www.wearewild.com/policies/privacy-policy
