The Promoter is Ecover (UK) Ltd, located at SC Johnson, Frimley Green Road Frimley, Camberly GU16 7AJ, for the brand “Method” (hereafter “Promoter” or “Ecover”).
The giveaway (hereafter, the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, affiliates and its agent(s), advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to change, adapt, terminate or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice and without reasons.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion, although entrants will need to have access to iPhone or Android capabilities.
Entrants must have a public Instagram account in order to be considered eligible for entry, further to the other requirements of entry and these Terms and Conditions.
By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Promotion could also result in disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion for any reason.
The start date of the Promotion is 1st October 2021 at 17:00 BST
The closing date for entry will be 16^th October 2021 at 23:59 BST. After this date, no further entries to the Promotion will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, technical or otherwise.
The requirements for participation in this Promotion are as follows:

For the avoidance of doubt, the friend which the entrant must tag in the comments in order to enter shall in no way be categorised as a winner.

The Promoter will make public any changes to the Promotion on the entry notices, as soon as possible.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion
There will be one (1) winner chosen. The winner will receive:

One (1) box containing the following products:

Three method (3) products from adelaide damoah art collection: one (1) ginger twist foaming hand wash, one (1) ginger twist multi-surface cleaner and one (1) ginger twist gel handwash.
Two (2) method’s anti-bac all purpose cleaner in the following scents: wild rhubarb (1) and peach blossom (1)
Two (2) method’s hard floor cleaner in the following scents: one (1) lemon and ginger and one (1) almond.
Two (2) method’s washing up liquids in the following scents: one (1) coconut water and one (1) peach and pink pepper
Two (2) method’s body wash in the following scents: one (1) pure peace and one (1) energy boost.
One (1) concentrated laundry detergent in the following scent: one (1) orchard Fruit

(“Prize”)

For the avoidance of doubt, there will be one (1) Prize awarded to one (1) winner in total; one (1) Prize (as defined above).

The total retail value of each Prize will be: £54.10 GBP. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random via software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter’s agent. All decisions of the Promoter and/ or its agent are final and binding and are not subject to mediation or litigation of any kind. The Promoter and its agent reserve the right to verify that the potential winners are eligible and qualified to receive a Prize and may revoke any Prize awarded or designated to a person found ineligible.
The winners will be notified by Instagram Messenger (Direct messenger) within three (3) business days of the closing date by the Promoter’s agent. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within three (3) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner (via the Promoter’s agent). Potential winners may be required to demonstrate control of their Instagram account. The Promoter is not responsible for any change of Instagram handle, mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or if a Prize notification or Prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be contacted.
The Prize shall be delivered to the winners by the Promoter within twenty-eight (28) days of the winners’ receipt of notification of their win, provided that the winners have responded to the Promoter’s agent’s notification communication via Instagram Messenger and claimed the Prize within three (3) days of such notification. Otherwise, any replacement winners selected, pursuant to section 17 of these Terms and Conditions, shall receive their Prize within twenty-eight (28) days of the replacement winners’ receipt of a notification of their win.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By participating, entrants release the Promoter and its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating partners, advertising or promotions agencies, employees, officers, agent(s), directors and the immediate family and household members of the above, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agent(s), from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, with the exception of death and personal injury. Each entrant waives all rights to claim special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from entry to the Promotion.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English and Welsh law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://methodproducts.co.uk/privacy-policy/
